Jara announces two more national awards

Jara Foundation has decided to institute two more national awards from 2017, each consisting to 25000 rupees to be given to writers and artists of high order and merit. These two awards are in addition to the already existing three awards — two for educational and one for literary contributions—taking the total number of Jara’s annual awards to five, three being those in the field of art and literature now
